Will Fulton
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Dane Street, Will served as COO for Innovation Group, North America, (a world-wide provider of Business Process Outsourcing services for the insurance industry) where he was responsible for the overall management of the company and its various products and services.  This included the management and operations of Call Centers, Process Management and Network Management, as well as business development and new ventures. Prior to Innovation Group, Will held key management positions at First Notice Systems, (the nation’s premier provider of First Notice of Loss services) since 1996.   As President of First Notice Systems, Will directed the acquisition of the company by Innovation Group in 2006. Before joining First Notice, Will was a top sales performer at Individual, Inc. and Spinnaker Software. Will graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.

C. Joseph Gasparoni
Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Dane Street, Joe provided services and support to the Workers Compensation, Disability, Group Health and Auto Claims industry in various roles and responsibilities since 1986. He has served as Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing for MES Solutions; VP of Operations and Sales for Concentra Health Services IME and PEER Division; Senior Operations Manager for two regional IME/PEER companies and Claims for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. His roles have involved numerous expansion and development efforts of PEER and IME programs nationally. Joe graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Norwich University (Military College of Vermont).

Greg Powers
Chief Marketing Officer & SVP of Sales

Prior to joining Dane Street, Greg spent the past 9 years as Chief Marketing Officer/SVP Sales for Innovation Group, which acquired First Notice Systems (where Greg was SVP Sales) in 2006. Greg led the US sales, business development and marketing efforts, which resulted in client growth from 30 companies to over 120 companies in the Workers Compensation, Auto and Property markets. Under his leadership, the company received industry recognition and awards around its client growth and customer-specific achievements from AM Best, Novarica, Celent, Insurance Networking News, Tech Decisions and Forbes Magazine. Before joining First Notice Systems in 2001, he held various sales/sales management roles in the software and information services space. Greg received his BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and his MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Jim Tall
Chief Financial Officer

In 2013, Jim joined Dane Street. Jim brings over 25 years of Finance and Accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Jim has spent his career in various roles as a Finance Professional within large to medium corporations. For many years, Jim served as the Director of Finance for Concentra Integrated Services, a leading provider of workers compensation and occupational services. This background provides him a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of business operations and financial matters. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University of New York, and his MBA from Nichols College in Massachusetts.

Kelly N. Hunt, JD
SVP, Regulatory & Legal Affairs

Kelly serves as Dane Street’s Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Legal Affairs. She provides Dane Street with general legal counsel for corporate contracts, business and regulatory affairs, and legal administration. Kelly also leads the Human Resources Department, Quality Management Program and URAC Accreditation. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. Kelly’s legal experience includes healthcare, contracts, acquisitions and employment law. Prior to joining Dane Street, Kelly served as a Regional Quality Improvement Manager at Coventry Health Care where she managed internal and external appeals and grievances, policy and procedure drafting, URAC and NCQA accreditation, credentialing, HEDIS and Governmental Affairs. Kelly provided healthcare consultation to the Louisiana Department of Insurance. She assisted in the drafting of the internal claims and appeals process and external review procedures enacted in Louisiana in 2013.
