Pros
I have been employed at Dane Street a little over two years and wanted to take a few minutes to leave a review. The company has really evolved since I started and has allowed me the flexibility to successfully work from home and continue growing my career. The company is committed to making employees feel cared for by seeking feedback on what can be done better and implementing those suggestions. It goes a long way to recognize that there are growth opportunities and working hard to make sure everyone has a good experience in the company.
Cons
For people who like more face-to-face time with their colleagues, most of the company works remotely. However, we do a lot of Google Meets videos to be able to interact remotely.

Pros
I really like working at Dane Street because they have created a culture of caring for their employees and clients. This allows their employees to thrive and grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. The management teams are supportive and interested in their team’s input.
Cons
There aren’t any downsides I have encountered at Dane Street.

This Place is Amazing
Jan 22, 2022 - Clinical Quality Analyst
Pros
No idea what other people are talking about. Maybe it's the division you go into but the people I worked with felt like family. These people were the best! I knew I could go to my supervisor to vent if I was stressed on any particular day. She would offer to help us QA's out ALL the time and so would our manager. We all did things for each other without expecting anything in return because we cared about each other. It wasn't about Dane Street - it was about the people you worked with. IT is on point, it's all remote, the equipment they send you is great, and they communicate really well as a company.
Cons
The ONLY cons I can think of come from just a couple of people within the company that were slightly frustrating but not nearly enough to put me off working for them. If this new job doesn't work out, best believe I will go back to Dane Street in a heartbeat!

Great Place to Work

Pros
Remote work environment, rapid growth, great pay and benefits
Cons
Faced paced...not necessarily a con, but not for everyone. Employees need to keep up with their workloads.
Review from glassdoor.com Fast paced, micromanagement free, cool place to work

The metrics are very doable, you will thrive if you enjoy a fast-paced environment. My managers have been so good to me. They had a great training schedule and the trainer was excellent. Dane Street has a bad rep from what it looks like but I have not seen anything that the reviews are talking about. I am thrilled to work at Dane St.
Pros
Free lunches, no micromanaging, incentive to do OT
Cons
Not allowed to use PTO until after the 90 days
